We detail six personas that are defined by their
current feelings towards AI, their tech-
savviness, frequency of AI use, and more. Interestingly, demographics like age, gender,
income, religion, and politics were
insignificant in most places.
For each persona, AI benefit, and
consumer concern, we detail actions you can
take to increase feature adoption around new
tech, like AI. We include product design tips
and communication and positioning
strategies.
For this report, we interviewed 12 consumers with varying opinions and experiences with AI. This informed our survey of over 1,400 US consumers.
