SonarMD and ZoCo Design are making healthcare more human-centered

SonarMD has engaged ZoCo Design to help bring their digital end-to-end care coordination platform to the next level.

SonarMD is a technology-empowered healthcare company working to help people with chronic gut health conditions live healthier, happier lives. Their digital platform gives patients a personalized pathway to better health, enabling them to learn about their conditions and get the help they need when they experience flare-ups. Today, they are continuing their work to improve their customer’s lives by expanding their product for a more holistic, improved experience.

Reimagining what digestive care looks like

Our current work encompasses a full redesign of the practice portal, including UI and UX improvements, product, and brand positioning. The goal: innovate to give providers a straightforward experience so they can provide the best possible care to patients.
